A note from the president
I would like to welcome you. We are excited to share with you the philosophy of our ministry as we seek to spread the love of Christ to the children, youth and families of Oklahoma.
Too often in the world of child welfare we hear about "problem" children, "at-risk" youth, or "dysfunctional" families. All children have problems. All of our youth are at risk in this world. All our families function at less than their optimum at times. We at Circle of Care believe each child has promise and each family has potential. We want to focus on that promise and potential. Just as God looks for and expects our best, we look at our "at promise" children and to the potential of our families.
We serve the children and families from across Oklahoma with our Children's Home in Tahlequah, our Boy's Ranch in Gore, the Holsinger Home in Enid, the Frances E. Willard Ministry Center in Tulsa, and our Child S.H.A.R.E. foster and adoptive program currently serving the Greater Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. We invite you to use this site to learn more about all our services, as well as learning about our ministry and service opportunities.
There are many ways that you can share God's blessings with those less fortunate. Some of you can become foster parents, some can serve as volunteers in our various programs, others can provide materials or financial resources. All of you can keep our children and our ministries in your hearts and prayers.
